If I could rate 0 stars I would After 3 years only 2 out of 5 of the knobs are functional meaning I can only safely use two burners. Poor design cheaply made The cost of replacement knobs is so high that it is more cost efficient to buy a new range which is what I will be doing. You can be sure it will not be an LG

Purchased a gas cook top that was deemed UNSAFE to use due to a gas leak from the burner. I have made desperate attempts to get this resolved through only methods available which is chatbot and text. Liaison presidential Liaison was assigned only available via text and till this day I have not gotten this resolved. They reply with irrelevant answers I dont even feel like theyre real people in this text chat. Im so exhausted from this I just need someone to address this. Meanwhile we are without a cook top in our home. I own other LG appliances but maybe purchasing directly from LG was a mistake. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed. Ive made multiple attempts to try to get SOMEONE to help even emailed the president of LG customer service.

We were specifically looking for a cooktop with illuminated knobs. Per the QA: Q: Are the knobs on this model backlit? daalisia2192 6 MONTHS AGO 1 ANSWER A: This cooktop with front controls includes white illuminated knobs for precise temperature control. ~Tanisha LG Digital Team This isnt true and we wouldnt have bought the cooktop if we knew it wasnt true. Cooktop installation got delayed as part of our kitchen remodeling project so we missed the return window and unable to return/exchange the unit. We are unhappy and now stuck with it. Please let us know if there is anything you can do to correct the problem. The issue has been escalated to LG_CustomerCare on 6/2. It has been 3 weeks and havent heard back from anyone since.

1 month after using this cooktop one of the burners kept making a clicking noise as though it was still trying to ignite after it already did ignite. LG sent a Sears tech out and he called LG Tech Support on speaker phone and they immediately acknowledged that this is a known issue and that the unit will need to be totally rebuilt Unacceptable Three months and over 20 calls to LG Customer Svc who hung up on me and several attempts at dealing with their Presidential Unit and I finally got them to reimburse me. WHATANIGHTMARECOMPANY TO DEAL WITH Never again will another LG product enter my home and this is the second time this has happened to me with them Buyer beware

We have had this for 2 months and are very excited about it. The larger 20000 btu burner heats everything quickly. Plus it is also great to have 5 burners. This LG 30 cooktop is perfect for our needs. Would recommend it to anyone.

bought this cook top in august and after about a week had an igniter problem call service twice after spending 3 hours on hold got no help called back spoke to lady Named HONEY and she was of great help and got service scheduled tech showed up when was scheduled thought we had solved problem took 2 more trips to correct fault not service tech fault and he was getting instructions from some on phone. finally he solved and got right part shipped and installed service tech was Chris Wilkerston would recommend him anytime
