Never have I ever owned a below-countertop microwave and now that I own one, I love it. I don't have to drag out my step stool anymore. The inside lining is easy wipe plus so many time-saving and usable features. What an innovative progress for microwaves.

This microwave is a great idea, but is poorly designed and built. When you mount it into a cabinet under a counter, it's very difficult to use. The buttons are not lit or backlit. So unless you have direct light on the keypad, it's difficult to use. I use a flashlight to see the buttons. Here's what I'd do differently:
1. light up the buttons.
2. Design the key pad to tilt out when using it so the buttons are easier to see if this unit is mounted in a lower cabinet.

We love the looks and the performance of the drawer microwave. There is only one aspect we question and sre not yet sure what tge cause is. The drawer does not always remain closed when we press the 'close' button, so we need to close it manually, but that is forced and should not be needed.

We had to buy a $50 microwave to use because our $1,700 Bosch still isn't working after 45+ days and 2 technician visits. Not even the tech can figure out what is wrong with it so in his words he's going to "order a bunch of parts". Awesome.

I love the look but my drawer microwave was installed and one of the inner seals is broken. I am leery of using it as steam develops BETWEEN the glass and extends up into the clock display. A replacement is supposed to be on the way. Hopefully soon. Otherwise it is an easy to use microwave and sets low so no more balancing while reaching up to remove hot items.

We waited a year and a half to receive our microwave! Upon receiving it, finally, it was installed for roughly 4 weeks and quit working. Now we're waiting AGAIN to get a service tech out to repair it and figure out why it quit heating items. Incredibly disappointing, from start to finish with the product and wouldn't recommend it or the company to my worst enemy.

I never knew about a drawer microwave until recommended by the remodelers. I hated looking at a microwave while cooking so this is a great solution. Does a great job with heating and is quiet. Only issue is that it is difficult to see at night since the buttons do not illuminate.

Really like the design, fits perfectly and looks good in our kitchen. When installed it would not heat anything. Figuring out how to get someone to come and look at it was not easy. Customer Service needs improvement. Still waiting for the new part.

The door does no close tightly and therefore does not connect to the circuit that causes the magnet to engage. If one gives the door a little extra push by hand the heating element engages. I waiting 4 weeks for a repair person to explain this to me. The power rating is 950 and is not very efficient. While waiting for a repair person, I peuchased a $100 1000 watt countertop microwave that worked infinetly better.

I bought this microwave in January 2022. I used this microwave two times and then it stopped working. It would run as though it was heating up, yet it wasn't heating. A repairman has been out 5 times now and hopefully it is fixed. Apparently the arm wasn't engaging on the door and this prevented it from warming food up. The repairman replaced the arms and that didn't fix it. Then he replaced the door strike. Today, he adjusted the arms to make them latch better. Apparently, this product couldn't be replaced from the original service call because it had been 'installed'. I'm not sure what installed means, as no screws have been drilled in to make it permanent due to all the problems. I'm very disappointed that I paid $1500 for this and the Bosch keeps sending someone out to repeatedly fix a problem.

I have never had a microwave reheat dishes as perfectly as this one does!
Also when I cook it comes out perfect!
My only issue is the placement of the labels are so askew it's driving me crazy!
Every time I open the drawer up the label on the very top that tells you what numbers to hit to cook certain items is totally crooked and then when you're opening up the draw at the very end on the bottom where your serial number is is totally crooked as well so you see both when you open it up every time!

I moved into my new house on March 28th, 2022. Used the microwave to heat 2 baked potatoes, 2 cups of water and one TV dinner. After that it stopped heating. I am still waiting for it to be repaired. I had to go to a store and buy a microwave to set on my counter. I am not a happy customer.

Tough to rate this. Stopped working minutes after installation and took several attempts to get service. Minor repair of microswitches and now works great. Love having the counterspace back and does a great job heating various foods. Except for the rough start, I'd give the product itself 5-stars. 2-stars for service thus the overall rating.

Installed just before Christmas as part of new kitchen remodel. Door would open, but not close. Contacted Bosch and a repairman was sent. Door open/close fixed and microwave ran but, nothing heated. Another repairman sent, microwave worked - stopped working after he left. Repairman came back again and ordered parts. Now the end of January, and we are still waiting for the repair. Sent all info. to Bosch Customer Service with the only response being that they had received everything and would review. I don't believe it's too much to expect a new microwave to work, and if it does not to have it replaced immediately.

I have great respect for the Bosch brand but this appliance has shaken my conviction a bit.
In less than 6 months there are intermittent times (~1 in 4) when this microwave seems to run just as a fan and the food does not get hot. It's usually resolved with trying again (pushing the same buttons) clearly there's something not operating properly but it's inconsistent in its failure. I've learned to listen for the deeper humm and know it's working when I hear that sound. Disappointed that I'm going to have to call for repair sometime to resolve

Drawer microwave installed on Tuesday and stopped heating on Friday!
Family of 4, light use for 2 days, everything else is operating.
Full kitchen reno, purchased a couple of months ago, just installed and under warranty. I purchased Bosch because I have had good luck with 3 dishwashers and because Bosch offered a 2 yr warranty where most only offered 1 yr, all are Sharp guts, didn't want Sharp name in high-end kitchen, probably would have been cheaper! Waiting to hear how this will be handled, will post how Bosch handles repair.

We purchased three Bosch appliances (pro style range, dishwasher, and microwave drawer). They all look great and we are happy with their appearance. The mocrowave drawer, however, doesn't heat food up as well as a standard microwave with a turntable in it. It seems it takes about twice as long to heat food.
