We needed a second refrigerator and this model was perfect size and fit. It started right up and got cold quickly. It's definitely a no frills model but is spacious and with less electronics, there is less that can go wrong.

Reversing the door was not a very easy process compared to my other Frigidare unit purchased earlier this year. Having to tilt the unit back with someone helping to hold it properly loosen and re-tighten screws is nonsense. The last unit did not need that.

We had a Frigidaire 18.3 cu ft refrigerator in our modular home that finally quit. It was the original equipment - 1999 - and it had a very specific space with no wiggle room. We were able to find the new Frigidaire with the exact external measurements that we needed to fit in this tight space. The freezer actually holds more than the old one! The only negatives are that it is on the high end of power usage, and the door shelves don't adjust for large bottles.

Refrigerator keeps food cold as it should. Drawers glide easily. Doors hold 5-6 half gallon bottles and gallon bottles on middle shelf. I like the shelf in the freezer.

Have only had the refrigerator for about 3 weeks but all is going well so far. I like the layout of the refrigerator, there are wide slots on the doors for holding gallon containers, there is a sliding drawer, and two large drawers on the bottom. Bottom. We downsized from a 24 cf to an 18cf and I was not sure how much I would find this sized refrigerator useful, but it has been okay so far. It is quiet and looks nice. The only thing I am not thrilled about is that sometimes when we close the refrigerator door it causes the freezer door to slightly pop open so we have to make sure to push both doors closed before walking away. Not sure why that is happening. Overall, we are very happy with this standard refrigerator so far.

This fridge is nice, roomy enough and sure keeps things colder than my old 30 year old fridge which was also a Frigidaire. Biggest reason for getting a new one was the old ine ran ALOT and was quite noisy. Thought maybe it was getting ready to croak. Well, this new one doesnt run quite as much, but more than I thought. And, it too is noisy! Frigidaire says thats normal for a new fridge. Wish I wouldve know, possibly I couldve purchased a quieter one. Not sure if it is cost saving or not, as havent had it long enough to compare electric bills.

We had a Samsung rf18hfenbww for only 6 years. Almost immediately after the year warranty, the icing and leaking began. Occasionally we would need to clean ice from under the freezer drawer and under the crisper drawer that began with leaking water on floor. Additionally, it was always impossible to control the freezer temperature. When we decided to replace that refrigerator, every sales person at almost every store, told us that was common for that brand. To date, this unit has performed flawlessly.

I purchased this refridgerator in July 2024. The first one that was delivered was damaged beyond repare, the second one is now sitting in my garage (garage fridge), and barely works. I keep ice cream in the freezer and it is very soft even at the coldest setting. The refrigerator section is cold, but not as cold as it should be. Not happy at all with this purchase and not able to get any answers from anyone in customer service.

We added the ice maker option and it is slow and the off gassing of the new appliance had the cubes smelling for the first 4 days. The fridge runs really cold and what is temperate at the top front is freezing on the bottom. Wish there were more options in this size. We don't all have mcmansions with 10 ft. ceilings.

Perfect size for my space. Wish the light was brighter, half the fridge is in shadow due to where the light is located. Like the size of the door shelves, but miss the butter penthouse. Also had an ice maker installed-which works perfectly, however do not like that it forces you to put the shelf in the lowest posiition, which makes the bottom of the freezer almost useless.

We have had our new refrigerator for about 2 weeks now and so far are overall very pleased. The temperature controls are accurate and nothing has frozen where it shouldn't. The door compartments are roomy and seem strong enough for our purposes. We like the fact that they hold containers as large as a gallon of milk. Aside from the fact that it is a little loud when running, we're happy with our purchase.
